  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 1998 Act” means the Competition Act 1998;\n“the appointed day” means the 1st May 2004;\n“the EC Competition Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No. 1/2003 of 16th December 2002 on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty;\n“the OFT” means the Office of Fair Trading; and\n“the Treaty” means the treaty establishing the European Community.",
