  "text": "(1) The Companies Act 1989 is amended as follows.\n(2) Subsection (2)(a) of section 46 (delegation of functions of Secretary of State), section 47 (restrictive practices) and Schedule 14 (supervisory and qualifying bodies: restrictive practices) shall cease to have effect.\n(3) In section 54 (index of defined expressions) the entry in the Table relating to “Director (in Schedule 14)” shall cease to have effect.",
