  "text": "(1) The Transport Act 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 86(3)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “or”;\n(b) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).\n(3) In Schedule 9—\n(a) in paragraph 3(1), omit paragraph (k);\n(b) in paragraph 3(3), omit paragraph (s).\n(4) In Schedule 10, in paragraph 23(2)(a), for “and 11” substitute “and 10A”.",
