# The Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 11: Competition Act 1998 and other Enactments (Amendment) Regulations 2004


(1) The Competition Act 1998 and other Enactments (Amendment) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, omit the definition of “the EC Competition Regulation”.
(3) Omit regulation 3.
