  "text": "(1) The Competition Act 1998 (Concurrency) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “or”;\n(b) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).\n(3) In regulation 9(1)(a)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (i), insert “or”;\n(b) omit paragraphs (iii) and (iv).\n(4) In regulation 9(1)(g), for “parallel exemption” substitute “retained exemption”.",
