# The Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 6: Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003


(1) The Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2, in the definition of “notice”, for “, 59(2) or 67(2)” substitute “or 59(2)”.
