# The Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 1: Interpretation


In this Schedule—
“the 1998 Act” means the Competition Act 1998;
“the 2002 Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002;
“the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority.
