  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (j), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (j) insert—\n“;\n(k) Regulation (EU) 2019/452 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2019 establishing a framework for the screening of foreign direct investments into the Union.”.\n(3) In paragraph 2, for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.",
