(a)

for the words from “in a case” to “exit day” substitute “if”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), at the beginning, insert “in a case in which the decision to refer was taken, or is deemed to have been taken, before IP completion day,”.

(3)

In the heading, omit “before exit day”.
