# The Conformity Assessment (Mutual Recognition Agreements) (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 2: Extent


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(2) Regulation 5 extends to England and Wales and Scotland only.
