# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 14: Amendments to Article 12


(1) Article 12 (authorised representatives) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, at the end insert “established in the United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) in point (a), for “national” substitute “market”;
(b) in point (b), omit “national”;
(c) in point (c), for “the competent national authorities, at their” substitute “a competent authority, at its”.
