  "text": "(1) Article 13 (obligations of importers) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1, omit “Union”.\n(3) In paragraph 2, for “CE” substitute “UK”.\n(4) In paragraph 4, for the words from “a language” to the end substitute “English”.\n(5) In paragraph 7, for the words from “the competent” to “available” substitute “a competent authority”.\n(6) In paragraph 9—\n(a) omit “national”;\n(b) for the words from “a language” to the end of the sentence substitute “English.”.",
