Paragraph 35 Amendments to Article 36

Article 36 (use of appropriate technical documentation) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—
(a)
in point (a), for “a Commission decision” substitute “established by the Secretary of State under Article 27(5)”;
(b)
in point (b), for “harmonised”, in both places, substitute “designated”.
(3)
In paragraph 2, for “a notified” substitute “an approved”.
