# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 46: Amendments to Article 46


In Article 46 (use of facilities outside the testing laboratory of the notified body), for “notified”, in each place it occurs (including the heading) substitute “approved”.
