  "text": "(1) In the relevant Commission Decisions, omit Article 3.\n(2) The “relevant Commission Decisions” are—\n(a) Commission Decision 2005/403/EC of 25 May 2005 establishing the classes of external fire performance of roofs and roof coverings for certain construction products as provided for by Council Directive 89/106/EEC;\n(b) Commission Decision 2005/610/EC of 9 August 2005 establishing the classes of reaction-to-fire performance for certain construction products.",
