  "text": "(1) The provisions of this Schedule apply to the United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland.\n(2) In this Schedule—\n“enforcement authority” means any district council in Northern Ireland;\n“supply” includes offering to supply, agreeing to supply, exposing for supply and possessing for supply, and related expressions shall be construed accordingly.",
