  "text": "An enforcement authority must give immediate notice to the Secretary of State of any—\n(a) suspension notice served by it in respect of any construction products;\n(b) application made by it for an order for forfeiture of any such products; or\n(c) other thing done in respect of any such products for the purposes of or in connection with paragraphs 6 to 9.",
