  "text": "This Order supersedes the Consular Marriages and Marriages under Foreign Law (No. 2) Order 2014 (ISNB 978-0-11-112191-7) which was laid and published on 16th October 2014 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nThis Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct defects in S.I. 2014/1110 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Order laid before Parliament under paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 6 to the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nMarriage\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nAt the Court at ***, the *** day of ***\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 13(1) of, and paragraphs 1, 2, 7, 13 and 14 of Schedule 6 to, the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order.\nIn accordance with paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 6 to that Act a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.\nIn accordance with paragraph 13(2) of Schedule 6 to that Act the Scottish Ministers have been consulted.",
