# The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Green Deal) (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 3: Amendment to section 8 of the Act (consumer credit agreements)


In section 8 of the Act, after subsection (3) insert—
“(4) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to an agreement that is a green deal plan (see instead section 189B).”
