  "text": "(1) In section 21(6) of the Act—\n(a) omit paragraph (a) (including “and” at the end of that paragraph); and\n(b) in paragraph (b), for “that Act” substitute “the Energy Act 2011”.\n(2) In sections 77(2A), 77A(2A), 77B(7A), 86B(12A)(b)(iii) and 95B(1)(b) of the Act, omit “(within the meaning of section 1 of the Energy Act 2011)”.",
