# The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Green Deal) (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 8: Consequential amendments to sections 21, 77, 77A, 77B, 86B and 95B of the Act


(1) In section 21(6) of the Act—
(a) omit paragraph (a) (including “and” at the end of that paragraph); and
(b) in paragraph (b), for “that Act” substitute “the Energy Act 2011”.
(2) In sections 77(2A), 77A(2A), 77B(7A), 86B(12A)(b)(iii) and 95B(1)(b) of the Act, omit “(within the meaning of section 1 of the Energy Act 2011)”.
