  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 8 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCONSUMER PROTECTION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 2000\nComing into force 4th December 2000\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the day of 2000\nPresent\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 8 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
