Paragraph 30 Companies Act 1985

In Schedule 15D to the Companies Act 1985^f1 (disclosures), in paragraph 17—

(a)

omit paragraph (h), and

(b)

after paragraph (i) insert—

“(j)
the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(k)
the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
