# The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Paragraph 46: Road Traffic Act 1988


In section 80 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (approval marks) —
(a) in subsection (1), omit the words from “, and any markings” to the end;
(b) in subsection (2), omit the words from “, whether or not” to the end.
