# The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Paragraph 63: Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001


In section 66 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (general interpretation of Part 2), in subsection (4), after paragraph (p) insert—
“(q) regulation 23 of the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 (power of entry and investigation, etc.);
(r) regulation 21 of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (power of entry and investigation, etc.).”.
