Paragraph 72 Communications Act 2003

In section 393 of the Communications Act 2003^f1 (general restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (5), for paragraph (p) substitute—

“(p)

the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(q)

the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
