In Article 49 of the Airports (Northern Ireland) Order 1994^f1 (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph (3)—

(a)

omit sub-paragraph (l), and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (u) add—

(w)
the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
