# The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Paragraph 89: Motor Cycles (Protective Helmets) Regulations 1998


In regulation 6 of the Motor Cycle (Protective Helmets) Regulations 1998 (saving for the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987) omit the words “the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 or”.
