# The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Paragraph 90: Motor Cycles (Protective Headgear) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999


In regulation 4 of the Motor Cycles (Protective Headgear) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 (saving for the Trade Descriptions Act 1968, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and the Consumer Protection (Northern Ireland) Order 1987) omit the words “the Trade Descriptions Act 1968”.
