  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 96(3) of and paragraph 12(6) of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nConsumer Protection\nMade ***\nComing into force 1st October 2015\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 96(1) and (2) of and paragraph 12(1) and (5) of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, makes the following Order.\nA draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 96(3) of and paragraph 12(6) of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
