# The Consumer Scotland Act 2020 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2022, Paragraph 9: Smart Meters Act 2018


(1) The Smart Meters Act 2018 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 12 (modification under section 11), in subsection (2)(d), for “Citizens Advice Scotland” substitute “Consumer Scotland”.
