# The Consumer Subscription Contracts (Cancellation and Information) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Subscription Contracts (Cancellation and Information) Regulations 2026.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January 2027.
