# The Consumer Subscription Contracts (Cancellation and Information) Regulations 2026, Regulation 10: Application of Chapter 4


(1) This Chapter applies where a consumer cancels a subscription contract under section 264(1) of the DMCCA (right to cancel during cooling-off periods).
(2) In this Chapter any reference to the cancellation of a subscription contract (however expressed) is a reference to the contract being cancelled by a consumer under section 264(1) of the DMCCA during the initial cooling-off period or a renewal cooling-off period.
