Regulation 29 Payment of refunds

(1)

This regulation applies if as a consequence of this Chapter a consumer is entitled to receive a refund from the trader of payments made by the consumer under a subscription contract which has been cancelled.

(2)

The trader must make that refund to the consumer—

(a)

without undue delay, and

(b)

in any event, before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which the contract was cancelled.

(3)

The trader must make the refund using the same means of payment as used by the consumer to make the relevant payment to which it relates, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise.
