# The Consumer Subscription Contracts (Cancellation and Information) Regulations 2026, Regulation 38: Amendments to Schedule 22 to the DMCCA: excluded contracts


Schedule 22 to the DMCCA (excluded contracts for the purposes of Part 4, Chapter 2 of the DMCCA) is amended in accordance with regulations 39 and 40.
