Where the trader is required under section 258 of the DMCCA to give the consumer a reminder notice in respect of a renewal payment, the trader—

(a)

omits to give the consumer a notice in respect of that renewal payment, or

(b)

gives the consumer a notice in respect of that renewal payment but that notice omits any of the information set out in Part 3 of Schedule 23 to the DMCCA (information that must be contained in a reminder notice)f1.
