# The Contracting Out (Functions Relating to Child Support) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Contracting Out (Functions Relating to Child Support) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 3 July 2006.
(2) In this Order “the 1991 Act” means the Child Support Act 1991.
