  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 77(2) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\ncontracting out\nchild support\nMade 2006\nComing into force 2006\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994.\nA draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 77(2) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order:",
