Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Contracting Out (Functions relating to Social Security) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 3rd April 2000.

In this Order–

• “the Administration Act” means the Social Security Administration Act 1992^f1;

• “work-focused interview” has the same meaning as in section 2C(5) of the Administration Act^f2.
