# The Contracting Out (Highway Functions) Order 2008, Paragraph 19


Functions conferred on the Secretary of State or a local highway authority, as the highway authority for a highway, under any provision of the Street Works Register (Registration Fees) Regulations 1999 (undertaker to pay the appropriate highway authority a fee on the registration of prescribed information).
