# The Contracting Out (Local Education Authority Functions) (England) (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Contracting Out (Local Education Authority Functions) (England) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on the seventh day after the day on which it is made.
