# Contracting Out (Local Education Authority Functions) (England) Order 2002, Article 3: Contracting out of local education authority functions


Any function of a local education authority in England which is conferred by or under any of the provisions described in Schedule 1, 2 or 3 to this Order may be exercised by, or by employees of, such person as may be authorised in that behalf by the local education authority whose function it is.
