Regulation 3 Amendment to regulation 20 (reviews of non-qualification determinations)

Regulation 20 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)(a), for “(6)” substitute “(6)(a)”.

In paragraph (2)(c), at the beginning insert “subject to paragraph (6)(b),”.

In paragraph (5), for “(6)” substitute “(6)(a)”.

In paragraph (6)—
(a)
the words from “provide” to the end become paragraph (a);
(b)
at the end of that paragraph insert “; and
“(b)permit a review notice to contain documentary evidence or information of a description specified in the contract allocation framework.”.
