# The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 6: Amendment to regulation 50 (strike price bids)


(1) Regulation 50 is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph (2)(a), insert “and”.
(3) In paragraph (2)(b), for “process; and” substitute “process.”.
(4) Omit paragraph (2)(c).
