  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 6(8)(b) of the Energy Act 2013, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nElectricity\nMade 2022\nComing into force 22nd July 2022\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1) and (6), 12, 13, 14(2) and 19 of the Energy Act 2013 (the “Act”).\nThe Secretary of State has consulted the persons listed in section 24(1) of the Act and has had regard to the matters in section 5(2) of the Act.\nIn accordance with section 6(8)(b) of the Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
