The amendment in regulation 2(2) has no effect in relation to an allocation round established by the Secretary of State under regulation 4 of the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 before 22nd July 2022.

The amendment in regulation 3 has no effect in relation to a supply chain statement included in a notice given by the Secretary of State under regulation 11 of the Electricity Market Reform (General) Regulations 2014 before 22nd July 2022.
