# The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) (Excluded Sites) Amendment Regulations 2016, Regulation 7: Amendment to regulation 14D


In regulation 14D (register of sites to which a temporary site exclusion applies), replace paragraph (1)(b) with the following—
“(b) the date on which the CFD notification was given for (as applicable)—
(i) the CFD the offer of which lapsed; or
(ii) the CFD which was terminated;”.
