  "heading": "Offshore CFD units",
  "text": "(1) This regulation applies where the relevant CFD unit is or is to be an offshore generating station or part of such a station.\n(2) The applicant must demonstrate that a lease or an agreement for lease has been granted by the Crown Estate in respect of the location of the relevant CFD unit.\n(3) In this regulation, “offshore generating station” means a generating station which is located wholly in offshore waters.",
