# The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014, Regulation 41: Application of Part 6


This Part applies where the delivery body—
(a) gives a proceed notice and does not receive in respect of that notice—
(i) a re-run direction; or
(ii) a halt direction; or
(b) receives a proceed direction.
