# The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014, Regulation 55: Enforcement


Requirements imposed on the delivery body by these Regulations or under an allocation framework are to be treated as relevant requirements on the delivery body as a regulated person for the purposes of section 25 of the Electricity Act 1989.
